Vegetable drinks work! They are super foods that feed the human body. Juicing enables the body to take in and absorb more nutrients, because juicing takes out the bulk, while leaving behind the vitamins and minerals, which consequently enter the bloodstream much easier, than if the stomach and other organs have to go through the process of breaking down food through the process of digestion.
Vegetable Drink Challenge
Test the theory. Go on a regimen of making organic vegetable drinks, and drinking them daily for one month. Use a variety of vegetables, adding fresh fruit to sweeten the taste if necessary. Document everything in a journal. Include how you feel, if you have increases/decreases in appetite and food cravings, how juicing affects your sleep habits, weight loss/gain, moods, etc.
Before you begin, share your hypothesis here in the comments. Do you think it will be beneficial to change your lifestyle, by drinking fresh vegetable drinks daily? Will it be too time consuming to make fresh veggie drinks and are you willing to get used to the taste of them, when fast food is just around the corner and pre-packaged food takes so much less time to prepare? Are you willing to test the theory and see if it makes a difference?
I’ve tested it myself, and all I can say is, these days, my body literally screams, “FOUL!” when I don’t drink my power drinks!
Thank you for visiting Effectively Human.
Until next time, I wish you every good thing.
